The Landmark offers 3 food packages. Guests have the options for Cash & Carry bar or Consumption Bar.
 

We also have 3 different event spaces to choose from, which are listed below.
 

Private Spaces 

Club Event: Our club space is our most popular event space. It is a separate events space attached to the restaurant. This space features it's own private bar, private men and women's bathroom's, a private smoking patio, a stage, DJ/ media booth, bar seating, and table seating. The club can accommodate up to 130 guests depending upon table arrangements and floor planning. The club is available for use every day of the week at any time.
 

Dining Room 1:
Our dining room space is a part of the restaurant that is separated from the main bar area and patio area by double doors, which will remain closed throughout the duration of your event. This space can hold up to 80 people, and tables can be arranged to your liking. This area does not feature a bar. All alcoholic beverages would be delivered to you and your guests by your server. Dining Room 1 events can be accommodated Monday -Thursday evenings and Saturday and Sunday mornings until 4pm.

 

Half Patio:
Our Patio Bar area can be sectioned off, providing you with table seating for 30 guests and bar seating for 12 guests. You and your guests would have access to the half of the bar. Half patio events can be accommodated Monday-Thursday day or evening.
